Note di degustazione
Shimmering ruby-red. Ripe red berries, cherry-cola, vanilla and a hint of potpourri on the deeply perfumed nose. Smooth and expansive on the palate, offering pliant, oak-spiced raspberry cherry liqueur and black raspberry flavors that are complemented by licorice, mocha and allspice flourishes. A smoky nuance builds with air and carries through a long, gently tannic finish that echoes the red fruit note. (45% new French oak)

The 2015 Pinot Noir Yamhill Cuvee is pale to medium ruby-purple with a nose of black cherries, black licorice, cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon with touches of tilled soil. Medium to full-bodied with warm, ripe black fruits in the mouth framed by baking spice, it’s got a good frame of fine-grained tannins and juicy acidity, finishing long and very spicy. There's a definite oak presence here, but a very classy one.
