Vines planted in 1973. Fermented with ambient yeasts and aged in stainless steel. No racking before bottling. RS 1.7 g/l. Smells of Asian pear, white flowers and bee pollen. Gorgeous flavours of bright lemon pith and orange peel mix with pomelo and a bit of floral Asian pear. Crisp and bright with excellent acidity and lovely persistent length. Notes of white sage linger in the finish along with citrus pith and a touch of wet pavement. Expressive and energetic. Comes across as completely dry. VGV (AY)

Bedrock's 2018 Riesling Erster Zweieiiger Zwilling Cole Ranch is stunning. Perfumed, deep and super-expressive, the 2018 is all class. White flowers, orchard fruit, mint and apple give this finely cut, steely, outrageously beautiful white tons of character. It was fermented fully dry and aged in stainless steel.
