Note di degustazione
The sweetly scented 2021 Patelin de Tablas Blanc is very pretty, showing nuances of young peach and dusty florals. This flows across the palate in silken waves, delivering mineral-tinged orchard fruits and sweet spice. Its Grenache Blanc component lends zesty acidity to the mix, maintaining a wonderful energy, as the 2021 finishes with decent length. A chewy sensation calls the taster back to the glass.

The 2021 Patelin de Tablas Blanc is made up of 54% Grenache Blanc, 29% Viognier, 9% Marsanne, 7% Roussanne and 1% Bourboulenc. It features lush, inviting scents of baked quince, burnt lemon, honey, roasted almonds and streaks of flint. The medium-bodied palate is silky and seamless with a core of floral fruit and a long, latent finish. All those savory undertones suggest this has more to give with another year or two in bottle. 2,900 cases were made.
A fresh and fragrant blend of 54% grenache blanc, 29% viognier, 9% marsanne, 7% roussanne and 1% bourboulenc that delivers lemon citrus, melon and a touch of dried Mediterranean herbs and blanched almond to the nose. Pure and tactile with a supple texture and medium body, but remains fresh and bright. Drink now. Screw cap.
