2013 Three Sticks Pinot Noir Durell Vineyard

Pale crimson. Light cherry fruit with a smoky overlay. No trace of sweetness. Medium weight. Lack of charm but a very definite step away from the sweet richness of, say, so many Russian River Pinots. Something a bit cabbagey/vegy about this. (JR)
