Note di degustazione
Delivering what I consider a classic expression of this site, the 2014 Pinot Noir Rosella's Vineyard offers terrific notes of framboise, leafy, sappy herbs, crushed flowers and black currants. Elegant, medium to full-bodied and lively on the palate, with the freshness of the site, yet still packing plenty of fruit, it has the balance and tannin to drink well for a decade or more.

The 2014 Pinot Noir Rosella's Vineyard, from the northern part of the appellation, is also the most refined of the three Kosta Browne Pinots from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Expressive floral, citrus and mint notes give the 2014 its distinctive aromatic signatures. Medium bodied and delicate, with good overall persistence, the 2014 offers lovely balance. Next to the Garys' and Pisoni, the Rosella's is a bit less exuberant, yet it also has terrific overall balance.
