Note di degustazione
Medium red. Initially reticent nose opened quickly to reveal rather wild aromas of raspberry coulis, chocolate and smoked meat. Sweet, broad and sappy, with a tight core of dark berry and mineral flavor. Seamless and not a bit hard. Finishes with toothfurring tannins and terrific palate-saturating breadth. With extended aeration this showed a deep flavor of dark cherry and remained quite suave.

Deep ruby-red. Captivating aromas of redcurrant, smoke, roasted game, violet and earth. Rich, broad, large-scaled and quite dry, with strong saline soil tones bringing plenty of Gevrey character. Finishes very long, with excellent tannic grip. This does not seem at all overwhelmed by the heat of the year.
