Pluribus refers to the Latin word for many . Deep garnet. It is expressive and lifted, with a delicious and savoury dark-fruit profile. The tannins are elegantly resolved in the dense fruit core. It is layered with dried herbs, tobacco, mocha, cocoa and undergrowth notes. So persistent, it goes forever. (FG)

Clearly the star of the show in 2020 is the 2020 Pluribus, a deeper, medium to full-bodied, structured wine with terrific purity. Cassis, Bing cherries, violets, and tobacco leaf all define the aromatics, and it's balanced, has ripe yet firm tannins, and outstanding length. It offers plenty of charm today yet I see no reason it shouldn t evolve nicely for 10-15 years.
The 2020 Pluribus is another terrific wine in this range. It offers an intriguing mix of dense dark fruit and hillside structure. Time helps to reveal the wine's distinctly savory/mineral side. There's certainly a ton of character here. Another year or two in bottle should help the tannins soften a bit, but I would not push my luck on aging.
The 2020 Pluribus is a vivid, expressive wine. Red/purplish fruit and sweet floral notes emerge with some coaxing. Pluribus was late to finish its malolactic fermentation, so this is still coming together. Today, I find notable purity and matching potential.
