The 2023 Ürziger Würzgarten Kabinett is pure and refined but generous on the finely aromatic nose that represents the delicate and fragrant floral and herbal characteristics of this volcanic Rotliegend terroir. Savory as well as immediately saline on the palate, this fabulous Kabinett is a light to medium-bodied, lush and crystalline classic from the Middle Mosel that is irresistible in its finesse and salivating finish. 8% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in December 2024.
