2002 Riesling Schlossberg Cuvee Ste Catherine L'Inedit

Higher-pitched on the nose than the 2001, with aromas of honey, stone and fresh herbs. Highly concentrated and powerfully structured but still an infant, with the wine's strong acids and pronounced stoniness currently suppressing its fruit. Not yet displaying its personality, but the wine's great length suggests that it needs only patience.
