The 2016 Arbois Chardonnay la Mailloche has a nutty and spicy nose with a little bitterness on the palate. This tends to be among my favorite Chardonnays chez Tissot. It's austere and serious, with concentration, balance and refreshing minerality, and there is less alcohol than in 2015. 4,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2018.
