2019 Raumland Tradition (36 months) Cuvee Katharina Brut Nature

Mainly based on Pinot Noir (92%, plus 8% Meunier) from the Bürgel, Goldberg and Kirchenstück, the 2019 Cuvée Katharina Brut Nature opens with a very delicate, fresh and pure bouquet of cherries and raspberries intertwined with mocha and nougat nuances. Fresh and elegant on the palate, this is an intense and finely structured, light to medium-bodied sparkling Pinot with class and finesse and a stimulating saline, elegant finish. It was disgorged in February 2024 after 46 months on the bottle lees. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2024.
