The 2015 (Saarburg) Rausch Riesling Kabinett is clear, intense and precise, yet fine on the nose, provided with fully ripe fruit aromas. Very delicate, fine and salty on the palate, this is a light and very elegant, lovely, piquant and well-balanced Rausch. There is stimulating salinity and finesse in the finish.

Very pale. Very light (7.5% alcohol). Delicate – like a feather. Still quite chewy. Lots of freshness and acidity. Very youthful – almost painful. Fruit just covers acidity. (JR)
