Made only from Grand Cru sites, the 2015 Champagne 1522 is spicy with a perfume of ginger and white pepper, Mirabel plum, and incense. It delivers ripeness through the palate, with a pillowy mousse and notes of raw honey and toast. It is certainly a generous wine, though it retains freshness. Drink 2022-2037.
