Note di degustazione
(25% new oak here) Light, bright gold, with a green tint. High-pitched aromas of lime, white peach and spearmint. Juicy, brisk and fine-grained, with racy acidity giving sharp definition to the flavors of lemon, lime and peach. Gains richness with air, picking up a note of passion fruit but maintaining its energy. Finishes very long, firm and precise, with lingering notes of citrus and white flowers.

Light gold. Seductively perfumed bouquet of peach, yellow plum, floral honey and minerals. Deep, palate-coating pit fruit flavors are braced by tangy minerals and complicated by anise and herbal nuances. Gains flesh and depth with air and finishes with very good grip and length. This got 25% new oak but I don't detect it.
