The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée has been bottled for five months. It has a light nose that just needs to develop more presence and mineralité . I actually think the 2024 could be the better vintage. The palate is well balanced with an edgy, orange rind-tinged entry and just a twist of sour lemon, nicely controlled with a persistent finish. More light and elegant in style, this is a Pouilly-Fuissé that you can drink in its youth.
