Note di degustazione
Tasted as a final blend and scheduled to be bottled just after this tasting, the 2023 Côtes Du Rhône shows a riper style in its red and black fruits as well as violets, peppery, and gamey nuances. Medium to full-bodied, with a layered mouthfeel, it has plenty of mid-palate depth and outstanding length. It will drink well for at least 7-8 years. Drink 2026-2034.

A serious, driven and lively 100% syrah Cotes-du-Rhone from northern sites. Aromas of dark cherries, dark berries, mocha and some baking spices. It\'s medium-bodied with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Plenty of verve, with a lift of peppercorns on the mid-palate, adding energy. Succulent finish. Drink or hold.
The 2023 Côtes du Rhône emerges with glossy red plum, red cherry, licorice and a touch of black cherry on the nose. Medium-bodied, round and refreshing, the 2023 bundles tidy elegance and can be tackled right after release. An uplifting, spicy finish wraps it up.
Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Viognier. Aged in cask, tank and amphorae. Floral, with a hint of honey. Gras but fresh at the same time, with surprising tension. Adequate fruit. Clean and bright on the finish. Appealing. (JL)
