Note di degustazione
The 2024 Qvinterra Riesling Trocken is clear, deep, fresh and lemony on the nose. Sourced from the plateau in Nackenheim and the Oppenheim Sackträger, this is a round, savory, quite full-bodied, saline and lemon-fresh Qvinterra with aromatic, lychee-like fruit on the finish. 12% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted at the domaine in August 2025.

The 2024 Riesling Qvinterra is the estate wine picked mostly in Oppenheim, mostly from the classified site of the Sackträger, with an addition of fruit from the Red Slope. The merest flicker of reduction mingles with red apple peel and savory, crushed yarrow. The palate is light but zesty, carrying its lovely savor but also vivid yellow fruit and citrus. (Bone-dry)
VDP Gutswein. Fumy, flinty introduction overlaid with green apple and peach. As fruity as the nose starts, the dry palate snaps into focus with vibrant limey tension, brisk acidity, citrus peel and dainty green-meadow herbs. Deep, surprisingly full and focused for a Gutsriesling, showing beautiful generosity and spicy, shaping contours. (PS)
