The 2004 reds include a delicious 2004 Vin de Pays. Chateau des Tours is the family estate of Emmanuel Reynaud, the nephew of the late Jacques Reynaud as well as the winemaker at Chateau Rayas since 1997. His Cotes du Rhone and Vacqueyras are two of the best value picks in the southern Rhone. His 2005s are all successful. Domaine des Tours is a separate label to Ch. des Tours, however both ranges are made at the same Vacqueyras property. Part of the Rayas galaxy and made by Emmanuel Reynaud, the wines are a source of great value and offer a glimpse of the Rayas style.
