Bright, light yellow. Lemon, grapefruit, menthol and minerals on the nose, along with a waxy quality that reminded me of semillon. Supple and bright, with good body cut by lemon-limey acidity and firm minerality. The lemony quality is joined by a saline nuance on the back end. A fairly thick style of sauvignon.
