The palate comes in with very fine-boned astringency that crunches on the palate like the merest film of ice on water. This astringency stays on with a notion of lemony zestiness that is central and lasting. The 2021 is strait-laced, cool, long and profound. The citric verve is simply exquisite and thrilling.
