The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Glass Collection is a mixture of east and west-orientated parcels on the estate, matured in 300-litre French oak, 15% new. It has quite a perfumed nose with plush raspberry, strawberry and violet scents. The palate is balanced with pliant tannins, black fruit laced with graphite and black pepper, good density with a structured finish that manages to retain decent freshness, though there remains a bit of chewiness. Give it a couple of years in bottle.
