Blend of fruit from all over the state, including Riverland. Indigenous yeast. Very broad nose even if not that much Viognier aroma. Good acidity and very light honeysuckle flavour but pretty tough on the end. I don't think this would do for teaching purposes. Too faint a varietal character. Blended down to a price? (JR)
