Philippe Alliet's 2015 Chinon offers a clear and intense bouquet of ripe dark fruits and dark, stewed meat (Sauerbraten). Round, ripe and elegant, this is an almost sweetish, very charming and delicate Cabernet Franc with a long finish that exhibits licorice flavors. Very charming and fine, with good intensity and elegance.
