2015 Winninger Riesling Rottgen

The 2015 (Winninger) Röttgen Riesling is beautifully pure and fresh in its slate and spicy/peppery aromas. Round, rich and lush on the palate but also piquant and elegant, with finesse and medium-weighted body, this is a gorgeous Riesling that was bottled in August 2016. The finish is piquant and salty. This wine was racked from the full lees only two weeks before bottling.
