2020 Forster Riesling Freundstuck GG

Von Buhl's 2020 Forster Freundstück GG is still very yeasty and dusty on the otherwise clear, elegant, dense and fine, spicy nose. In the mouth, it is very ripe, rich, intense and also salty, but it's currently still a bit bitter and short. This has a lot of superstructure, but less substructure. At least the acidity or an uplifting element goes off on the finish. 13% stated alcohol. Tasted in Wiesbaden, August 2022.
