This Kabinett is dangerously refreshing! So vibrant and crystalline with a slew of mineral energy. Wonderfully silky texture on the sleek body, the finish long and pristine. The natural grape sweetness is barely perceptible. Sustainable. Drink or hold.

The cool temperatures and autumn sun of the vintage made for near-perfect Kabi conditions. Characteristic Lauer aromas of early meadow flowers and the Kupp’s distinctive smoky minerality rise like morning fog. Baking lemons and ripe apples on a juicy palate underscored with delicate herbal elegance, quiet poise and a beautifully balanced and lilting sweetness. Still shy; this one needs some time yet. (PS)
