Note di degustazione
A floral nose with lots of fresh herbs, white flowers, honeysuckle and a hint of tropical fruits. Medium body with a positive bitterness towards the end. Waxy with lovely polish and a crisp finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Marked by scents of crushed stone, asphalt, blueberries and black olives, the 2019 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France Occultum Lapidem is a blend of 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre, all matured in concrete tanks. It's medium to full-bodied, polished, and smooth, with silky tannins—a decent amount of them—and a long finish.
Leading off the 2019s from bottle, the 2019 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Latour De France Occultum Lapidem (50% Syrah, 45% Grenache, and 5% Mourvèdre) is a juicy, medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced Roussillon delivering ample blackberry and plum fruit as well as some peppery garrigue and violet notes. It always represents a terrific value and will keep for 4-6 years.
