2013 Bernkasteler Badstube Kabinett

Cool slate and rather green fruit aromas open the 2013 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett. This is a medium to full-bodied, sweet, intense and very juicy Riesling structured by its racy-piquant acidity and lingering salinity. Not really what you might expect from a Kabinett, but this is a very good Riesling, indeed, that just needs some years of bottle age.
