The 2019 Maximin Grünhaus Riesling Bruderberg Kabinett opens with an intensely floral and fruity bouquet with lime honey, elderflower and candied fruit aromas populating the stage in front of the finely slatey, fresh and elegant background. On the palate, this is a vibrantly fresh, mouth-filling, round and finessed Kabinett with stimulating salinity and purity on the finish. The wine is weightless yet intense and charming and was bottled with 65 grams of residual sugar and a lifting total acidity of 9.6 grams per liter. Tasted in June 2020.
