2018 Maximin Grunhauser Bruderberg Kabinett

The 2018 Maximin Grünhaus Bruderberg Riesling Kabinetts is fine and subtle on the quite phenolic and somewhat oxidatve styled nose with ripe apple and stone fruit aromas. Lush and round on the elegant and intensely concentrated palate, this is a rich, pure, terribly grippy and salty Kabinett in the Spätlese style. This has amazing acidity (nine grams per liter) and 70 grams per liter of residual sugar. Tasted in June 2019.
