The 2022 Secateurs Chenin Blanc delights with fresh wax, lemony citrus, mineral notes and a kiss of phenolic bitterness, all balanced for easy drinking. Made using an interesting method of fractional blending during fermentation, this Chenin Blanc is fresh and easy to drink and ends with a balanced finish.

97% Chenin Blanc, plus Grenache Blanc and Sémillon. 75% tank; 25% foudre and old casks. Floral, fun, approachable nose. Very easy to like but not a cellar candidate. Just a tad simple. (JR)
