The 2005 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spatlese A.P. #6 offers a ripe honeydew melon, flower, and white raisin pefume. Opulent and creamy in texture on the palate, this displays candied apple and honey in a pure, clear, yet decidedly botrytis-influenced package, but it lacks the dynamics, the elegance, or the vivid finishing character of the better wines in the portfolio.
