2021 Ried Zieregg Morillon STK Grosse Lage

Opening deep, dense, yeasty and pleasantly reductive but complex and still very young on the nose, Tement's 2021 Ried Zieregg Kår GSTK is a Sauvignon Blanc from blue marl on coralline limestone rocks. Full-bodied, dense and very intense on the palate, with lots of salt and fine acidity, this is an elegant and substantial yet fine and well-balanced Sauvignon with enormous length. This is a great, rich, complex and powerful Kår that does not reveal everything it has to offer in the first moments but little by little and certainly over the years in the bottle. Tasted in Grafenegg in September 2024. 14% stated alcohol. Glass stopper.
