2009 Tradition Rose Cru Classe

(100% tibouren): Pale orange. Pungent aromas of dried lemon, orange zest, herbs and spices. Fleshy and silky in texture, offering spicy citrus and redcurrant flavors, with herbal and mineral undertones. The smooth, penetrating finish repeats the herbal note and clings with serious tenacity and a hint of smoke. This would be great with fresh or aged goat or sheep's milk cheeses, especially the Corsican Brin d'Amour that is coated in dried herbs.
