Oak for now defines the nose with its sense of toast and roasted cocoa but fruit shines underneath with the densest, darkest, finest cherry scent you can imagine. The palate puts the fruit in center stage, showing off its velvety tannins and reveling in those shimmering hues of texture, density and cherry fruit. Exquisite freshness defines the 2022. On the finish, the oak makes its comeback with the finest touch of dark chocolate. The 2022 is a landmark for Molitor and for Mosel Pinot Noir. Structure, firmness and finesse are united here.
