Note di degustazione
Sweet and simpler on the nose than the 2004 – slightly dry and candied on the nose. Rich sweet start then a bit dry on the finish. Even slightly tough. Slightly reminiscent of 2003 in Burgundy. A slightly sour note on the finish. Just a little bit sickly. (JR)

Bright, full red. Pungent aromas of black cherry, minerals and spices, along with a peppery nuance. Aromatic, dry and brisk, with a core of spice that reminded me of a Dujac wine. Tangy, sexy, very primary pinot, at once silky and penetrating. Finishes long and firmly tannic, with lingering perfume.
Quite bright ruby with subtle gradations towards the rim. Some coffee – quite fresh and attractive. Very honest and straightforward rendition of the treacle side of Pinot. Really racy with a good dry finish. Tannins just a little stringy on the finish. Not pure but a good, if slightly over-extracted example. (JR)
Intense, vibrant and peppery – white pepper notes and herbs on the nose. Round, full and already drinking quite well. (JR)
