All Roussanne brought up in 25% new oak, the 2023 Ventoux Persia Blanc is another finesse-driven, fresh, vibrant wine from this terrific estate. Ripe citrus, exotic flowers, mint, and just a hint of chalky minerality and spice define the aromatics, and it's medium-bodied, with a concentrated, elegant mouthfeel and a salty finish. The purity and finesse here are brilliant.

Generous and quite exotic, with plenty of pineapple and star fruit character, this is a well-structured and surprisingly lively dry white for the Southern Rhone. Long, structured finish with a delicate smokiness. An old-vine roussanne growing on limestone soil. From organically grown grapes. Fermented and matured on the lees in barrique oak casks. Drink or hold.
