Note di degustazione
Pale red. Subtle aromas of cherry, raspberry, pepper, minerals and wild herbs. Densely packed, saline and quite dry, with a light touch owing to its mineral element. Finishes with a pronounced stony character and lingering salty minerality. I suspect this very pure wine has more fruit intensity than it's showing today.

A bit flatter than Les Fuées. Bright crimson. Bitter cherries and taffeta texture. Fresh acidity and a little lean for the moment. Racy. Chewy and a bit more textured than most. Youthful. Chewy end. Wait! (JR)
Here too there is a deft touch of wood framing the ultra-cool, elegant and pure aromas of red currant, plum and discreet spice nuances. There is a highly textured but not worked mouth feel that is both supple and seductive and the lush yet precise flavors possess good richness and density before culminating in a balanced, palate coating and lingering finish. Lovely. Tasted: Jan 14, 2013. Drink: 2019+
