In a cooler year, the 2014 Les Bruyères Vin Jaune, from a plot with clay-rich soils from the Trias period, shows a combination of power and freshness, quite powerful and classical with the textbook nuts and spices and the pungent and textured palate finishing with a combination of bitter and salty sensations.
