2023 Terlaner Classico

60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, then aged on the lees for 6–7 months, with 20% sent to big wooden barrels. Rises from the glass like a cloud. Yellow fruit, peach and hints of spice and hazelnut. Truly, a unity on the palate between fruit and freshness and viscous mouthfeel. Linear, but filled out with fruit. Salty on the finish. Long, if still a little closed. (WS)
