2018 Savage White

The 2018 White is a blend of 54% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Sémillon and 18% Chenin Blanc matured in used 500-liter barrels. It has a lovely bouquet of praline and subtle brioche scents that unfurl seductively in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, quite taut and spicy in the middle, and tinged with tangy marmalade on the finish.
