2021 Nuits St Georges Aux Perdrix

Smells richer and darker than the Terres Blanches. Still that hint of pepper but altogether more generous without losing an almost floral scent. In fact, this reminds me more of Morey-St-Denis with its lovely combination of floral scent and spicy, darker, structured fruit. Darker and more Nuits on the palate. Great balance between fragrance and structure, and a long finish. (JH)
