2017 Boekenhoutskloof Assortment (Semillon, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Half Noble Late Harvest)

The 2017 Noble Late Harvest was basket-pressed for two days and matured for 30 months entirely in French barriques. It has a clean, pure bouquet of honey, quince and marmalade aromas that are beautifully defined and quite Sauternes-like. The taut, defined palate is clean and fresh with fine acidity and quince, pear and light apricot notes mixed with crème brûlée toward the finish.
