2019 Silver Eagle Vineyard Pinot Noir

The 2019 Pinot Noir Silver Eagle Vineyard is laced with the essence of wild cherry, mint, dried herbs, leather, cedar and tobacco. A whole range of soil and savory nuances give the 2019 its distinctive personality. In 2019, the Silver Eagle is not quite as overt as it can be, the combined result of the cool growing season and the decision to use 15% whole clusters to try to temper some of the wine's natural exuberance, certainly worked. There is a bit of brawn in the 2019 that needs time to resolve. Otherwise, the Silver Eagle has so much to offer. Readers should not be in any rush. There is so much to look forward to here.
