The sensational, 250-case cuvee of black/purple-colored 1999 Fonsalette Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Syrah should be gobbled up by fans of this offering. This cool-climate vineyard planted on north-facing slopes consistently produces fabulous wines that age for 2-3 decades (the debut 1978 vintage is still an infant).
