South-south-west-facing parcels with flinty soils. RS 3 g/l. Certified organic and biodynamic (Biodyvin). More of an off-dry impression with confit notes on the nose and plush palate. The 2020 Les Choisilles offers a floral and pear-like aromatic character. It's round and ripe with good grip on the finish, which could be a result of the vintage having had little juice in it; the wines have excellent structure and fruit purity.
