Note di degustazione
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Social Currency (Magnum) is at once powerful and delicate, with more of a red-toned profile than is found in the other wines in the range. Kirsch, pomegranate and blood orange flesh out in a dense, voluptuous Cabernet Sauvignon long on class and style. Fruit sources are Saint Helena and Mt. Veeder.

One of the more open wines in this range, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Social Currency wraps around the palate with striking depth and nuance. Softer contours and a supple feel contrast the more structured style of the Moulds, while the fruit tends towards the end of the spectrum. The 2014 is a blend of fruit from sites in Saint Helena and Mt. Veeder.
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Social Currency is a big, bombastic wine. Even with all of its intensity, the 2014 has aged well. Sumptuous red-toned fruit, cedar, spice and tobacco are amplified in this decidedly opulent, large-scaled Cabernet Sauvignon.
