Note di degustazione
Light bright yellow. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes poached pear, peach nectar and candied ginger scents, and a smoky quality builds in the glass. Sappy, seamless and penetrating on the palate, offering intense orchard and pit fruit flavors braced by a jolt of dusty minerals and bitter orange pith. Clings impressively on the mineral-driven finish, leaving anise and ripe citrus fruit notes behind.

Bright yellow. An expressive, complex bouquet displays aromas of mineral-accented orchard fruits and melon, with hints of smoky minerals, herbs and lemon pith in the background. Densely packed pear, Meyer lemon and honey flavors are energized by a note of ginger, showing excellent clarity. Closes with powerful thrust and mineral-driven persistence, leaving notes of fennel and pear skin behind.
