Broad yellow fruits but with a saline edge on the nose. Creamy, leesy fruit adds a savoury note that is much required as there is a caramelised edge to the fruit. Sweet and savoury. (TP)

The 2015 Chardonnay (Sonoma Coast) is a terrific introduction to Matt Courtney's wines. Soft, supple and forward, the 2015 offers quite a bit of depth and intensity for a Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. Hints of almond, orchard fruit and yellow flowers shape the powerful, persistent finish.
