This has everything we look for in a Mosel Kabinett, combining spring-flower and red-apple complexity with lightness of body and racy acidity that could wake the dead. And the finish is really subtle and elegant. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

AP number 04 22. Really complex nose. Vibrant palate gives a sort of yo-yo sensation in the mouth. Good halfway house in structure between Falkenstein’s Kugel Peter and Gisela just tasted. Great purity. Just a smidgeon of fruity sweetness. (JR)
